Instrument moving beyond pianos and upright pianos

Öreg & Incze mainly moves pianos and upright pianos, but we also discuss moving other large instruments. In such cases we give an individual quote, because the price depends on the instrument's size, weight and the site.

Which instruments do we move?

• Pianos and upright pianos: our main activity, since 1995. Details: upright piano moving, piano moving in Budapest.
• Harpsichords: based on an individual quote.
• Other large instruments: we discuss moving these by phone and, if we take them on, give an individual price.

For private customers and companies

We move instruments for private customers (a house move, or after buying or selling an instrument) and for companies. Moving is covered by general liability insurance.

What to do before the move

• Measure the size and weight of the instrument, if you can.
• Send a photo of the instrument and the route (stairs, doors, lift).
• Tell us if the instrument is especially delicate or needs special care.

Prices

For pianos and upright pianos there are fixed base prices (upright piano from 39,000 HUF, grand piano from 59,000 HUF), see the prices page. For other instruments we give an individual quote.

Where do we move instruments?

In Budapest, in Pest County and nationwide, seven days a week.
